History

/Year 2000/ At the very beginning, when we started e-business in the area of retail industry, leading companies such as Mercator and Spar announced tenders for the computerized exchange of data with other retail companies. In collaboration with companies IBM, Atnet and Mercator we created the base for the e-business in the area of retail industry companies of today.

/Year 2002/ Establishment of the Company Panteon Group with the registered office in Kranj performed by four business partners in cooperation with company Atnet. The cooperation with retail companies Mercator, Spar, Engrotuš, Živila and Era has started successfully.

/Year 2002/ Company Panteon Group is entering the marketplace of Croatia. E-business started with companies Orbico, dm drogerie markt, Konzum/Agrokor, KTC..

/Year 2003/ Registration of trade marks Panteon Group®, Panteon.net®, Panteon.biz®, ATbizNET® and others.

/Year 2005/ Acquisition of competition business network Perftech/Visit PV400.

/Year 2006/ Strategic partnership with GS1 AT eXite® - franchise for markets of former Yugoslavia.

/Year 2006/ Partnership with GXS.

/Year 2006/ Established affiliated company Panteon Plus in Zagreb, Croatia.

/Year 2008/ Established affiliated company Panteon Plus in Belgrade, Serbia.

/Year 2009/ Panteon Group® received cerificate for adopted Information Security Management System (ISMS) standard ISO/IEC 27001:2005
