Panteon.biz® 3S (Sell Side Solution)

Panteon.biz® 3S is a web EDI solution enabling producers and bigger suppliers or distributors to operate via their integrated solution for e-business Panteon.net® e-SERVICE™ or FULL EDI also with their smaller buyers that do not have appropriate EDI solutions available and are using the web portal Panteon.biz® for ordering and for the overview of the status of orders. 

Supplier is in its information system (IS) generating electronic documents PARTIN (data on GLN of supplier and on GLN codes of buyer), PRICAT (data on articles, prices and actions that are applicable for buyers), ORDRSP (response to the order of buyer), DESADV (bill of delivery for the goods ordered by buyer) and is sending these electronic documents via business network Panteon.net® electronically to the portal Panteon.biz® 3S.

Buyer may send its electronic orders via web application Panteon.biz®3S on the web site www.panteon.biz and may in this way operate via one web site with several producers, distributors or suppliers using the same solution.

Within web application Panteon.biz®3S buyers are generating and sending messages to suppliers, are reviewing and printing out these messages. For individual order responses of suppliers are being displayed and bills of delivery are being received which is enabling more effective planning of the take over of goods.   

Advantages of such solution are as follows:

• low costs for buyers as they need only Internet browser and electronic mail,
• immediate activation – upgrading of software is not necessary,
• possibility of transmission of sent and received e-documents on the local station (TXT or XML format) for importing into own applications,
• buyer may operate on the same portal with several suppliers using this solution,
• service is enabling producer, distributor or supplier to implement e-business within the shorter period of time, as on the side of buyers there is no need for special upgrades of hardware and software.
