Notice on the increase in the business share of EDITEL Austria GmbH in Panteon Group d.o.o.
We would like to inform you that the company EDITEL Austria Gmbh, the holder of a business share in the company PANTEON GROUP d.o.o. no. 13046, which represents a business share in the amount of 17.9%, on the basis of the Sales Agreement and a final entry in the court register on 14.11.2022 became the holder of business share no. 13047, which represents a business share of 27.9% in the company Panteon Group d.o.o.. The company EDITEL Austria GmbH thus became the owner of a business share in the company Panteon Group d.o.o. in the total amount of 45.8%.
